Returns

We offer a 10 day returns policy. Items can be returned via post or by dropping the items in store.

Terms & Conditions
– Items must be returned and received within 10 days of purchase.
– Items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, unwashed, unworn and with no odour.
– Please fill out and enclose returns form with reason for return.
– There is no return or exchange on Jewellery, Hosiery or Sale items online (this does not affect your statutory rights).
– The responsibility of goods is with the customer until we receive it. We recommend you get proof of
postage.
– Please ensure your return is packaged appropriately to ensure no damage in transit.
– Nóirín’s Boutique does not cover the cost of return.
– Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
– We will issue a refund within 3-5 days of processing the return. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed by the bank.
– If you wish to exchange an item, please state this clearly on your returns form and we will contact you to arrange P&P for the replacement item (subject to availability)
